Every item is made especially for you hen you place your order. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item

We will review your request and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Information

Please review the size chart before placing your order. Since every item is custom made, we cannot exchange products due to ordering the wrong size.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production  has started, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged.
